Besides, the location was excellent and absolutely perfect, with plenty of a bakery and a supermarket. The neighborhood was calm. The staff was excellent and affable to chat with.

The location of the apartment was perfect. We could easily walk to the main attractions and there were plenty of restaurants in the area. the apartment itself was clean and modern, with nice bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We had a small issue with a leaky faucet in the bathroom, but the management was very responsive and sent someone to fix it promptly. the communication with them was excellent throughout our stay. The cleaner who checked us in was also very friendly and helpful, even though we didn't speak much Spanish. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. 🌟.

The apartment was very nice. It had a very good design, was clean and very well located (5 min walking to the Sevilla Cathedral). The personal was very friendly, they even bought a feeding chair for our baby to make our stay comfortable.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a week while exploring the historic center and riverside. The location was perfect, just outside the main tourist area on a quiet street with very little traffic. We booked a first-floor apartment with two bedrooms, which was incredibly clean and convenient. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and having a washing machine with detergent pods was a great bonus after a week of traveling. The air conditioning worked like a charm, quickly cooling down the apartment after a day of sightseeing. The host was welcoming, and the staff, especially Miguel, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It had a particularly good setting adjacent to the old town city center, the historic centre and the riverside and restaurants and tapas bars. Staff were excellent, I really enjoyed them all. The building was beautiful.

the staff were helpful people, i had a lovely stay on vacation. large bedroom, own bathroom. there was a handy kitchenette with everything you need.

The apartment had everything I needed, including a supermarket nearby, buses within walking distance, and basic amenities provided for the first few days. Plus, the free WiFi and air conditioning were a nice touch.

Oh, and let's not forget the rock-hard bed, because who doesn't love feeling like they're sleeping on concrete?

We loved the location of the apartment - close to everything, yet on a quiet street with very little traffic. It was perfect for our family with 2 small kids. the facilities in the apartment were new, clean, and adequate for our 5-night stay. the host, Miguel, was not only friendly and welcoming, but also went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He showed us lots of places of interest and even booked a taxi for our early morning departure. a pleasant stay in a secure and quiet location.

had a fantastic walking tour around Seville and Apartamentos Living Sevilla Centro Maestranza made it even better. Clean, convenient, and plenty of restaurants nearby. AC worked well for hot days. Highly recommend!
